   this is Excellent !! So real of course (been in banking for 20y), and just a pity the google part just last 20s !! I want more .
   Few knows this is not only about geeks whining , but also some visionary academics looked seriously into that too . see Weick, that for instance http://www.bus.umich.edu/FacultyResearch/Research/TryingTimes/Rules.htm ( dont be scared by the tone,do the effort to finish, you ll be rewarded)

   Agree with you. Simply said: this video is Great ! In 10 minutes, it tells more thand five books about innovation (no)management…
   If you want more of Google, the author released a B version of the script, now on Youtube.
